We have this old Golden who has ear infection of some kind. during the visit, we receive very clean and precise direction on the medication and treatment plan from Dr Neal. we followed the treatment plan and is very satisfied with the progress of our faithful old dog. The best part being that when the culture results came back, we received a call from Dr Neal and were extremely happy to be told that the treatment plan was right on the target !! Caring vet, correct diagnostic plus treatment plan, what else can a pet lover ask for ?
Great service at Los Altos Veterinary Clinic. I think the front office people/vet assistants are really great. In particular Jamie and the other lady who I think is the manager. The vets are excellent as well. My dog loves them all.

LAVC is the quintessential pet-care facility, but with a small-town feel. Over the past few years, Glynn Echerd and his staff have helped me through the heartbreak of losing a companion pet, and are presently guiding me toward taking better care of my new companion. I only wish I'd known about LAVC six years ago. (Can't wait for the opening of their new and enlarged facility in 2021 near Magdalena & Foothill!)
As many other people noted, the staff is friendly and professional. The care for my kitten has been consistently satisfying.nnHowever, when prescribed medicine by this clinic, I would advice you to check its price online. Last time we came here my cat was prescribed eye medicine (Terramycin) for which the clinic changed me $39. The same product is available online for $17.
