The West Valley Pet Clinic was very responsive when I called. My dog was sick for two days. We went to another clinic previously but didn't get any treatment while we had to pay expensive fees for just a check. Then we came to the west valley pet clinic. The doctor and nurse were very nice and also professional. They quickly diagnosed the symptoms and suggested and explained to us clearly the treatment. Unlike the other clinic we went before, they didn't ask for doing lots of exams and tests which can easily cost a large amount of money. They prescribed medicine and our dog was getting much better the next day. They care for customers. We end up with paying $185 for the visit, which is reasonable. I would definitely come back again, and highly recommend this clinic to others.
Dr. Nesset is an amazing vet. Her and her team have worked tirelessly to expand and be able to take on more clients while continuing to provide exceptional care. All vets are expensive. Her and her team provide great care and treat your pet the same as they would your own. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I trust all of them in her and her teams care. She’s made even our nervous dog comfortable and is patient and gets to the bottom of what’s going on with him without over stressing him. The list goes on — can’t say enough good things about her and her team.
Our first puppy vaccination visit was smooth.nCovid protocol is waiting on your car outside, which is reasonable. Leaves a new puppy owner anxious, but that is what it is!nOur puppy came out happy and not afraid!
I brought my new pug puppy here for his puppy check and vaccines that were due. I strongly recommend this place as your new and or forever vet! Staff is warm and welcoming. Very very happy I found our fur ever vet!
This clinic is the best in the business. From the front desk people who are excellent at advice and triage to the vets and techs--everyone is top notch, and I wouldn't trust my cats to any other place! And I appreciate all the precautions they're taking during the pandemic!
