Encore Travel cost us our trip to Russia. Not only did we lose all of the costs associated with airfare and Visas, we lost hours upon hours of time trying to put the pieces back together after Encore left us with no choice but to use another agent, but given the timeline it still wasn't able to happen. Encore will not take payment by card or by check. Our check was sent back to us and we were told to send one to a personal name. They would never take phone calls and failed to address our concerns.
