Extremely difficult to contact our account rep. Takes 3 - 4 days and several messages before getting a return phone call. Once you do get the call, they seem to have very limited knowledge and can't give answers to the most basic questions about your reservation. This is not the company you want to use for travel. Very disappointing!
ABT is by far the worst the worst vendor experience in my professional career. What should have been a great travel experience was a DISASTER. They botched my travel visa, booked me on the wrong flight, and to the wrong city in China! I would leave a 0 if I could, use any other travel agency. ABT Global is a terrible agency
Booked me on an international flight to the wrong city. Procrastinated booking me on the flight, having my initial attempt to secure a visa denied due to discrepancy in arriving destination, then requiring me to pay expedited visa services for their mistake.nnIf you love paying for bad service, half-baked travel plans, and unnecessary stress: ABT is the place.nnAVOID ABT if you want a stress-free and well planned trip abroad.nnI am writing this after being charged an exorbitant price for expedited visa services due to ABT’s litany of mistakes. Adding to the expenses out of pocket, I lost a day of work, and two days of pay because of the wretched service ABT provided me.
