Great veterinarian! I have taken all 4 of my pups here for years because the staff is very professional and courteous towards myself and very kind and sweet with my dogs.nTheir diagnostics are always precise and I never feel taken advantage of. I have met great doctors here that give me the best advice, always putting me and my pups first before writing expensive prescriptions or lab work that in reality my pets do not need just to make a profit. And as a pet owner I can appreciate their honesty!

I would like to update my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I've been trying to get a hold of someone in this office for the past 3+ weeks and no one is returning my calls, emails and now the new form of contact is text which it is not working either.nMy dog was prescribed 3 different medications and he has new symptoms and I can't get a hold of his doctor. I am not sure if I should continue with his medication or stop them.n3+ weeks is a long time to get back to a patient!nnI would like to thank Mr. Baba for referring us to San Jose Animal Hospital which he also is an employee there. My husband and I took our 10-year old German Shepard for a rash and being unable to walk like he used to. He was seen by Dr. Ross, he spent quite a bit of time going over our options and treatments. It's hasn’t even been a week and our dog is running and playing like he is a 2-year old dog :). We are very pleased with the treatment that our dog received. It was very heartbreaking to see him limping and not being able to go on his daily walks. Thank God and to Dr. Ross and his wonderful staff!

San Jose Animal Hospital has been our kitty's vet for the past seven years and we've never had less than a 5-star experience. The front desk staff, technicians and veterinarians are all wonderful! Our vet spends lots of time explaining lab results and treatment options and we couldn't be happier with the treatment we receive. They are prompt in answering emails for quick questions (a first for us!) and we can't imagine trusting anyone else with our most cherished family member.

In the beginning, my main reason of bringing my dog to this place is because of the reasonable price. After visiting for the first time, I realized that staffs are very friendly and their service is amazing. I have been using this hospital for my dog for the past 3 years. Highly recommended.
