If I could give them more stars I would !nWe had such a great experience with this organization from the first minute we engaged with them. They are truly caring and compassionate during an extremely hard time. I sent out an email to them at 4:30 am when our family dog took a turn for the worse suddenly. I received a call back at 6:00 am and arrangements were made for Dr.Karen to come to our home. She was awesome in explaining step by step what was going to happen both prior to the procedure and during. Our German Shepherd was at ease with her which really helped a stressful situation.nEveryone who works for this company should be very proud of how genuinely they come across to their clientele.nWe are forever thankful to them in this tough time.
Dr Karen Vine is an angel on earth.I highly recommend her for your furry kids.she is kind, compassionate and professional.
Absolutely perfect service at every turn. Dr. Vine was calm, compassionate, loving and caring to our sweet little Joe as he was put to sleep today.nJoe, 11 years, had a terminal cancer, and took a quick turn for worse in less than a day, and I didn't want to put him through another visit to the vet. We snuggled in the bed all day, and when it was time, Dr. Vine eased his suffering with such delicate kindness and skills. We got to hold and snuggle Joe during and after, and I carried him to the car. Saying goodbye could not have been any more peaceful and beautiful. And Joe was the most comfortable as possible.nnI owed this last service to my loyal Joe. You are missed.
We are so thankful and appreciative for Dr. Helen’s thoroughly compassionate approach to this event. She treated every aspect of the visit with the utmost care & respect. She was very understanding and empathetic about every action, and the corresponding reaction from us. She explained everything in advance, and answered every question. Her actions were paced and not rushed, allowing us to process the action before proceeding to the next step. She even thoughtfully considered how the event may affect our other dog and arranged for a final goodbye. All the best to Dr. Helen and the staff at Restful Paws.
I know this is a hard time for you, so do yourself a favor and go with this company. Every single staff member was compassionate, responded quickly to emails, and helped me through one of the most unbelievably difficult times of my life. Dr. Karen came out to help us say goodbye to our sweet Louie, and allowed us all to take our time saying our farewells. She was calm and patient with my other dog, and made sure both dogs were comfortable with her presence before she did anything. Dr. Karen explained the process clearly so we were all prepared at the different steps. She even allowed me to carry his body outside and gave me a very comforting hug. The company who cremated Louie did a wonderful job, but could have used communication skill lessons from Restful Paws. Help yourself through this time and have Restful Paws with you during your goodbyes.
