I have only been here once so far, but it was overwhelmingly positive. The front desk staff was friendly when I called to make the appointment, and I love that I could email any records to them ahead of time. They have a nice set-up for visits during COVID, and it all ran very smoothly. The doctor (Allison Moore) was so friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable; she even looked up a study while we were talking to ensure her advice was relevant to my dog's breed. They even gave me a little picture of my pup after the appointment. I am so happy I found them, and that they are so close to my house! :)

Dr. Alison Moore is the BEST! I brought my puppy for her check up, as she is soon to be 1 year old. It was of course a no contact visit, the check in procedure quite simple. Dr. Alison called me after my dog's initial exam and explained everything to me and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I never felt rushed. Dr. Alison seems to really care for the animals she treats and makes you feel like your pet is special. The friendly nurse was great and after explaining my invoice item by item, everything seemed to be reasonably priced. This is our second visit and will continue to use Pet's Friend and especially Dr. Alison Moore!

Was referred to Pet’s Friend Animal clinic through another Dental clinic for my first dog. Very professional and fast and absolutely thorough. Got an appointment for a puppy wellness exam with Dr. Koski for our new puppy and we got there early and they took us in early as well. Had proper protocols in place for the pandemic and was very friendly. Got all the wellness exam record via email quickly the next day and with fast response too. Thank you and see you folks on our next puppy vaccine appointment! Will be switching our dog and cat over to Pet’s Friend Animal Clinic as well.

Fantastic place. Smooth, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. No concerns with handing my pets over to them whilst I waited in the car for the Covid curb side rules, clear communication from the vet in a phone call once the visit was over. Would highly recommend!

Very efficient setup for safe vet visits - we were nervous because it was our first vet visit for our newly adopted dog, but the staff was super friendly and quickly calmed our anxious pet before bringing her into the clinic from our car. Our new vet, Dr. Moore, called us after a swift checkup and not only gave us the full run-down of our dog’s health, but also stayed on the line to address our concerns and many questions (as first time dog owners)! We learned so much and our dog seemed completely herself again by the time she was carried back to our car, which must have been magic since our dog has been so uncomfortable without us so far. Keep doing what you’re doing - you’re providing a great experience even given unstable times and we could all use some of the optimism!
