Dr and staff are very polite and friendly. Very professional and caring. Great work done on my pet.nPerson answering phone was rude and not very helpful. Didn't want to answer my questions.
Dr Littlehale and the team here remember all of our pets by name, geckos and dogs alike. These guys really care about animals and are very skillful. I trust them with our pets and have no trouble recommending them highly.
If you have never eaten at this diner Then you need to go to it tomorrow. Best food and people in Springfield or Eugene hands down.
I've been bringing my pets (dogs and a cat) to Santa Clara Pet Hospital for decades. We love Dr Lawrence and the vet techs are always very friendly and helpful. Some of the texts have been there as long as I've been a customer which tells me it's a good place to work.
Beware! Doctor has an attitude and is more concerned with other animals than a bunny that had a 10% chance to live through the night (diagnosed by Dr.Littlehale). Firstly, we're extremely disappointed with this doctors checkup and comments. To begin, I had specifically voiced my concern about our bunny having an injured right arm. After the checkup was completed he gave no response to my concern, ignoring it completely without a word. I then called the receptionist to see if she could ask him for more information about it since she clearly starts shaking even at a gentle touch of her right arm. Their response is that there are no obvious signs that anything is broken/fracture. There is much more to add during this experience but I'm hoping to keep this short (for now). In addition, during our followup call three days later, this doctor asks if we have anymore questions and we say yes! Next thing I know he hangs up mid call... So we call him back immediately and the receptionist says he's busy with other clients and will not be able to get back to you until the end of his work day. We have a sick recovering bunny, and this experience on top of it is just a lot. We have had a horrible experience here and we wish that no one else is treated the same way by this doctor. * I will add photos when I get a chance.
