My cat has visited the place 3 times for urgent care, We really appreciate Dr Bains and the stuff there, being so patient and caring. The charge is very reasonable and it is easy to schedule if you have emergency. They have saved my cat 3 times. Although we live far from this place, we continue to use it as it is the best vet in South Bay.
Wonderful experience. Took a stray kitten who was sick here on Saturday evening, Dr. Bains squeezed us in despite being completely full with emergencies. She went from hardly moving and eyes crusted shut to running around, purring, and happy in just a few days. They gave us an excellent deal because of the situation, and I will be rescuing the rest of the litter and bringing them all in for care, as they have great hours and they were very accommodating with costs.
Easy to schedule, friendly staff. The vet is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares for his patients. They offer a puppy vaccine package which is really great for anyone adding a new member to their family. They take great care to protect patients and staff during COVID-19, and I really appreciated that.
They are the best. My cat hurt himself a night and was starting to have complications in a leg the next morning. The team of the Animal Health Center were super quick and reactive. Dr Bains is great, cares about your pet. Very professional and has a very personal touch. Have been taking my dog to him for more than 6 years.nVery much recommended!!
