Tyler in the pharmacy is the only pharmacist Ive met that wont give me the medication that wont give me the medication I need in it's proper form. He said he could easily give me strips if he wanted but would rather not but that I can try a different pharmacist in the morning
This is my regular grocery store. I shop there all the time. It is a little smaller than other Fred Meyers stores, so it doesn't always have the fanciest items but it has everything you need. The store associates are very friendly and helpful. I use their fuel points, digital coupons and regular coupons. They just sent me an email with a link to digital coupons for many of the things I usually buy. Kroger has taken customer service based marketing to a new level.
After finding out about a shortage of my Thyroid medication I called to see if they had any left and Haddy informed me they were out, but tell the time to call other Fred Meyer stores for me while I was on hold. Thank you so much for taking the time to do that for me!
Unorganized. Unprofessional. Takes 3-4 phone calls to get it right. We have used other locations of fred meyer pharmacies for years but we will not be using this one anymore. Shouldn't be so hard to refill a regular medication.
