If I could give them a ZERO it would be too much! This mile walk from the stadium to catch a one way in one way out, your driver will cancel on you, rate hike 3 to 4 times higher, ride share lot is trouble! Please look into how the Atlanta Braves handle ride share, the Pittsburgh Steelers even the Cleveland Browns understand ride share and how to treat fans better than Levi's Stadium!
Uber needs to do a Better job... Also the Guest have to be educated on how to use the pick up area.. There are Letters posted out there.. A thru M .... You stand by a Letter and let the driver Know what letter you are standing by for Faster service!!!!
Kinda far walk from Levi's stadium. But this is the lot where all the rideshare is when you leaving. It's setup for pickup is really good
Huge outdoor Stadium. All the entrances are on one side of the arena. We were seated on the far side, and it was a long walk around. We had limited mobility and so it was surprising that seats were so far from entrance. It was fully accessible but not too practical .. So becareful where you are seated. It was a great venue, Got cold and windy at night. They set up the ride share pick up 1/2 mile away from arena. Impractical for limited mobility patrons. Im sure there was a better way but is was not obvious and the staff was not very knowledgeable. Not limitation on the size handbag you can bring in, or it needs to be repackaged into a clear bag.
Disorganized, poor cell service, Uber and Lyft had difficulty getting in.
