I am a 4th grade student at Challenger Sunnyvale (I'm writing from my mom's account). Challenger is an incredible school that lays a great foundation for students. The teachers are very friendly and make sure that class is fun by always using exciting drills and methods. I have been at Challenger since preschool and the main focus is grammar and proper English. Music and computer programming starts from very early on as well as history and geography. It's great to be a Challenger student.

I like to share my experience to those parents who are trying to send their kids to this school. I was trying to enroll my son and daughter so registered for assessment test. Registration fee they charged for both kids are $700. When I visited school for3 times including open houses, none of those faculty and clerks told me the refund due date even we asked several times. When assessment is done, they informed acceptance of my son two days before the end of April. Since I didn't received any acceptance letter for my daughter, I called them to withdraw both from enrolling. Then those clerks and director told me the due has passed and I cannot get my refund. That is really outrageous. Whenever I emailed to them, never respond as courtesy. That's very rude. I still haven't got my money back. I think Challenger has trained those clerk and Principle to rob those parents with that method. Maybe I need to take legal action to the school.

Great school . Yes ,The standards & expectations are high . But the teachers tame them to reach the high bars easily. At the end of the year , they will be pros in those skills. Writing skills become too good.nnI am all the way happy with the academics and other stuff .

We have been sending two our kids here since 8 years now. We like the school and the curriculum. We would recommend this school to others.
