So far my experience is great. Sometimes you ll have to wait for doctor’s appt but the PT service is fast. They are nice and the explain to you their goal and treatment plan

The wait was excruciating. I went in for something that ended up taking about 15 minutes max. I waited nearly 3 hours. Otherwise the staff was lovely.

So Thursday when I did the drug test they told me it takes about 24hrs and if I needed a copy they would send it to my address or email and I added my email, but since then I haven't heard from them and I still have not received my test results. So I called today to follow-up and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and called back again and waited another 5 minutes to speak to a representative  named Jennifer. She told me they don't send results to your email at all and that they didn't even have them on file and I would need to contact my employer to find out. This place is a joke and has the worst service ever. They took my info and email and I still haven't received anything and to get an answer like this while waiting to go to work is just unacceptable.

They were very quick, patient and caring. I would go to them again if I needed any tests for employment again.

Care was fine but seemed like I waited far too long to be seen and no one seemed to be in any type of hurry. Have also had this in the past.
