On 9/30 i went to do my pre employment physical.nnThe back office that day was amazing!nDr.Maria was great.nnIve gone to other facilities before and none of them left me with a “wow” feeling like this location did. Customer service is such a huge part in the medical field and i really thought the MA (i forget her name) did such a great job!nnShe was so kind to my daughter and she was very attentive when i would ask questions and always had an answer.nShe overall was great!!

The Front Desk MAs were warm and inviting, I appreciated an honest quote of wait times, it was long but they were busy and that is understandable; was actually seen a few minutes early! The MA who took my vitals and roomed me (Romali) sorry if I misspelled was quick and efficient, the manager who helped wrap up my visit was similarly skilled and funny! The doctor was on par with the whole visit, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Thank You!!!!

I went to urgent care for a possible ear infection. This location was suggested to me for the less wait time. Easy parking, and the waiting room only had 4 chairs, spaced more than 6-feet distance. The nurse assistant was friendly and thorough. I like it when I doctor asks many questions and is focused on figuring out the puzzle. He was determined to figure out the problem with my ears. He prescribed an over-the-counter medication, and so far --thankfully -- it's working.

I had to take a test the morning of November the 19th , the girl in the front of the office was very welcoming and polite I didn’t catch her name but she was there right when they opened at 8 am.nThis is the kind of service that makes customers want to comeback again.

I visited the clinic after hours, therefore someone would expect to be in and out quick. I really like how the place is kept clean especially during this pandemic. The service I received was friendly and quick. Thank you
