Terrible service. I was a vet tech for almost a decade and have never heard of a clinic only allowing tech appointments for people in their membership club. This is a vet office, not Sam's club. The prices aren't less expensive than the better quality vets in the area, so definitely shop around and only go here as a last resort. I drove 50 minutes because the vet told us we could go back for my dog's allergy injection as a tech appointment, the appointment was scheduled as a tech appointment, and any other vet clinic on earth would have proceeded as a tech appointment. I gave them a second change to have the manager make amends or at least make me feel like she was genuinely sorry for wasting my time, but she was just as immature as the rest of the staff and made me even more upset.
My 2 dogs had appointments during covid, and many precautions were taken. The doctor was also nice enough to call with a thorough update after the appointment.
That banfield on Hamilton was very good for my dog's health THXS
