I've been bringing my cat to the Cat Hospital for many years and am always extremely happy with the level of care and treatment that everyone shows to both me and my cat. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any question. If you bring your cat here, they'll definitely be in good hands.
When I was deciding between expensive tests and euthanasia for my poor elderly suffering cat, the doctor seemed nice, but the tech was very rude and had no compassion. When she called me to discuss options, I was weighing the pros and cons, but she snapped at me as if it was such an easy decision. When I went to pick up my baby's ashes, the woman at the front desk handed the box to me as if it was no big deal. She didn't say sorry or anything. Several of the staff just gawked at me without saying anything. Losing my best friend of 18 years was so hard and they only made it worse. I don't think I'll go back.
Their service is so easy to work with. So far after adopting our cat, a follow up visit for spay suture removal, and then later the follow-up FELV#2 both did not require appointments, and were just come up to the door, carrier on the ground, knock once and someone answers the door confirming what I was visiting for. I only had to wait at most 20mins, maybe. And their prices are very good, friendly staff and plenty of parking.
Before I took my cat to other vets for his paw condition but none could figure out the issue, they just told me it is injured and they put him on medicine. I've been a pet owner for decades, and many of those pets have been cats. I've experienced a good deal of luck, when it comes to finding vets, but i have had some poor experience too. The Cat Hospital, however, is a fantastic place to take your beloved feline. Each vet, in residence, is highly skilled and knowledgeable. The staff, equally so, as well as friendly and efficient. Truly, if you live in the SJ area, and you care for a cat, you must visit this vet and check it out.nnYou'll never want to leave!
