In the midst of a global pandemic, they are copping out on travel protection. Read their coverage terms very closely. They have built their business on you not reading the fine print. I am guilty of not reading the fine print, I admit.nnThey only cover things that are VERY unlikely to come to fruition. For example, they WILL NOT cover *anything* that is shut down due to some government interaction. Like COVID restrictions. Well, duh...yeah, but that's why people buy insurance.nnThese people will fail at travel insurance because they are not truly insuring travelers.

What a scam. I purchased travel insurance for a trip. The booking company refused a refund and the travel insurance denied it. They have quarantine coverage however it doesn't count if the place you're traveling to institutes a quarantine (I can't do a 4 day trip to a place that requires a 14 day quarantine), only if you had to be quarantined for some reason which was the cause of the cancellation. Then they decide they want to offer me a voucher toward a future purchase of travel insurance? Why would anyone in their right mind use their service. Read the BBB reviews and don't use this company. Somehow they don't ever pay out and are able to keep scamming people. VRBO should be ashamed for using this company.

I would not even rate provide one star. Bought travel insurance and flight was cancelled. As per travel cancellation they will say they provide 100% refund and when I filed the claim they said if airline cancelled flight they cannot do anything. what's the point of buying insurance. This is totally scam. Please never buy insurance from this company. What a waste of time and money.

I wouldn’t give any stars but I wanted to post the review to be AWARE before paying for “ travel” insurance when it actually doesn’t cover for life events. My husband and I purchased a week @ a house on the Oregon Coast last March for Labor Day week. I purchased the insurance because booking a week is a couple thousand of dollars and I wanted to be protected in case we had to cancel last minute. Well as luck would have it, we did need to cancel and we did it after the 45 days the property management company allowed for a refund. I canceled & filed our claim and was flat out denied no reason as to why and when I asked CSA for the reason they never responded. We ended up re-booking and still loosing 3 of the original nights. This insurance is like a bait and switch, consider carefully before purchasing.

They are the worst travel insurance we ever had. They will make any excuse to do not pay if you have a serious issue and you can’t travel. Please DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE WITH CSA TRAVEL PROTECTION, THEY ONLY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! My mom purchased this insurance and she couldn’t travel and when we made the claim, they denied because the airplane did not have any mechanical issues or because nobody in our family passed away. That was the reason they did not paid the claim. This company is the WORSE!! PLEASE DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE LYERS AND THESE PEOPLE! WORST COMPANY EVER
