Moreland Middle School

Good school. Excellent academic and music program. School's Orchestra always gets superior rating in CMEA Music Festival. My child was accepted in to every private high school we applied.

My middle schooler is happy here. Decent academics. Teachers can be cranky. Good music offerings. Safe. Great principal.

I'm currently a 8th grader right now not in this school tho. I was in this school for one and a half years before I moved into a new school. This school gave me many great and bad memories. The teachers were overall decent for 6th grade at least. Found out that my old Food and Nutrition teacher taught everyone a bunch of lies about food, for example saturated fat is good for you even tho it's bad for you and many more BS. The math/science teachers were ofc boring just like every other school's math teacher. The electives were ok, the current Middle school I'm at right now has electives that better overall. The core class there in 6th grade I've had the best middle school memories I will have. In recess and lunch for me was usually decent when my best friend, Leo was in the school. In 7th grade my core teacher was fun but there's something in the class I really hated, oh yea bullying. In 6th grade I didn't really got bullied until 7th grade started there. After like 1st quarter ended, I got bullied way too much. The people in this school are mostly full of trash people. My best friend Leo also left after like 2 weeks after 1st quarter which also really sucked. After my best friend left School was like prison for me. Recess and Lunch time there I had the most miserable times in school. I tried to hang out with people that I was cool with but it never would work out. Got used in Math class also in 7th grade for homework and answers also. My new school I like don't get bullied often. I got bullied like non stop in this school. The electives are also quiet fun. The teachers would actually help the students in the school that I'm currently in which is really nice. I got friends in the school I'm in right now which means no more miserable recess and lunches. This school overall for me was miserable. I would recommend going to other schools because the people here are not that great.
