So so. You can talk to the therapist the first time you come only. The rest of the sessions no more. But you will be left with persons overloaded with customers that hardly put attention to you. And still with the co- payment? no worthy to comeback if you learn to do your exercise to revover at home.

Don't waste your time with this place unless you enjoy being treated like cattle. I came in for a problem with my shoulder, at the request of my Doctor. Never really got the impression that my treatment was specific to my injury. Really felt like I was at a Chinese restaurant -> get in, get out.

I am recovering from C4-C7 fusion done in October 2015. 3 months post op I began physical therapy. I knew it would be painful, just part of recovery when being active again. I believe I am my best advocate and althogh it can be tiresome asking the same questions, I have to speak up, this body is my responsibility. Some movements don't feel right, sometimes because Im doing it wrong and sometimes because it's new to do activities after my surgery. I felt immediate soreness and physically uncomfortable during my first session, however they reassured me and I continued. I started with movement excercises and went to ice and stim then ultrasound. My neck and shoulder felt better by the end of the 2nd session. I went 3 xs a week for 30 days. I also have rotator cuff injury that needed p.t. When I returned to work I stopped pt. now 3 months have gone by and I am having symptoms again. I will start up PT again and look forward to relief.

I am being treated for my broken left shoulder by Nirzari Pandya, PT and Evelyn Gaertner, ATC at Performance Physical Therapy and they are both EXCELLENT!nThey take the time to explain every step of the process and tailor the exercises, stretches, and treatments to your specific needs and progress. I highly recommend both of these young ladies.
