Second time around Atty Skarbek helped me. He's the best landlord lawyer out there I assure you. He is very kind and compassionate to me and my kids. Last year I had some people visiting and then refused to leave my home.Tried putting there belongings outside and lock them out and they called the police on me.Police said I had to let them back in and told me I had to have them evicted legally I called so many attorneys and all gave me the run around or wanted money just to talk with them And then I called Skarbet Law firm late Friday night and left a message, Got a email in the morning saying someone would call me on Monday. Someone called me 9:00am Monday morning and put my case in motion took care of all the paper work and all legal stuff. I finally got the squatters out of my house. Thank you Skarbet

Brian Skarbek is not only a great lawyer, but a very kindhearted person. I had a difficult tenant situation and Brian gave me timely and useful info that allowed me to go to a deposition on my own without incurring more attorney fees. Because of the information I was armed with by Brian, the tenant’s lawyer offered up a settlement and we ended the dispute without a full deposition and without a court battle.nnI strongly recommend Brian to any landlord that needs legal help to resolve tenant issue.

Thanks to God that I found Mr. Skarbek. I initially found him on yelp. I was hesitant at first, but I took my chances and boy was I glad! He is such a great lawyer. Very professional. He dedicated a lot of time to us. You can tell he works with all his heart. Plus he has a good sense of humor. One thing I really like about Mr. Skarbek is that he is willing to spend time to talk with you and explain the case without charging you more. He also works late and replies very quickly to emails.nnMy case was a commercial eviction with a complicated tenant who hadn't paid for 5 months and made up plenty of excuses to get away with it. Brian handled it easily and got the tenant to pay us everything. My family was very impressed and we like Mr. Skarbek very much. If you need an eviction done, Brian is the one!nnI don't know what other words that can express more than Thanks a Million to Brian for helping us win the case!

Brian is one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He is smart, very knowledgeable and has a nice personality. I had a problem with my tenant’s early lease termination and Brian was a great help. His fee is very reasonable and he helped me with key issues of my case that I would have missed without his input. I highly recommend Brian for any landlord/tenant dispute case.
