This man doesn't know who i am but he strong armed my family years ago over a commercial lease for a family business my family once owned. Hes a despicable man in every sense possible. These are the type of people that you want to stay clear from. Ive never come across someone who couldn't care less about people and has less morals and ethics then any dictator you could think of. If he ever reads this i hope he knows that he is a terrible human being.

I don't often write online reviews but my experience with Philip warrants one. I came to him with an open-ended real estate problem and he took the time to understand it, explain my various options, and recommended what he thought was the best course of action - even though it meant less legal work for him.nnOverall I am very impressed with him, his candor, and experience. Also, his hourly billing rate is very reasonable given his specialty and expertise.

Mr. Shecter has been our corporate, as well as, my families personal attorney. He has handled a complicated property line dispute, a copyright infringement action, and our family's Living Trust.nnHe works quickly and efficiently and communicates very well on the status of his work. He is very experienced in settling issues that could cost thousands in attorney's fees through collaborative methods. This keeps you out of expensive court actions.nnMy experience over the years we have worked together has been excellent and I would highly recommend him to other businesses and individuals.

Don’t waste your time even calling. All they tell you is he gets $480 hour...

Mr. Schecter is a dishonest person. He will do what ever he can to rope a client in and waste their time. IT will cost you tremendously. On top of that, his business office leaves quite a bit to be desired. Frankly it smells bad.
