Good school and resources! I've loved the teachers and advisors I've worked with! Just a couple issues like whenI had a class cancelled once and had to call three different departments to even find out if it was cancelled to verify why I got a refund. They also lost my personal folder with all my graduation information in it for a while. On top of loosing record of my placement test scores. Despite all that, people work with you here and try to help.
They have early contact hours if you need help, especially compared to the Everett campus, which is nice especially for me since I'm off work at 8 a.m. They are easy to contact, just call! If they are busy (since it is a small campus and limited staff) if you leave a quick message they get back to you right away! (FYI-almost every time I called the Everett campus you HAVE to leave a voicemail, since it's a much larger and busier campus) Super friendly staff and in my experience the lady at the front desk spent a good 20+ minutes helping me figure out a problem.
