We own 2 cats, Gus & Cass, and they are picky eaters! We're fortunate that Petsmart has at least 3 aisles fully-stocked with canned wet food! We appreciate the wide variety of brands and flavors that this store offers. I like jow the store is set up easily to find items, and how the store is clean. It has a pet grooming area in the front, and is very busy. We've never used the service, but seems that they are busy with clients. Big parking lot, and won't have trouble finding parking. It's located near Starbucks and Total Wine & More, which are two stores I frequent a lot. Good experience on my last visit to this Petsmart
It took me 5 minutes to find what I need it and 20 minutes in line hnJust to pay! They had only one cashier working everyone else was hiding! They always do that so nobody can ask them for help! Only the old Filipino lady goes there to work! Good for her and shame on everyone else!
Staff not super friendly. Bird section not fully stocked. Most other things stocked. Overall it's pretty good.
Lots of selection for dogs and cats, with nice wide aisles.
Very nice staff but the line was long so if you can do an order pickup.
