Very clean and friendly staff
I spent an hour finding the best price for cat litter that my cat uses. This store was close to the best and close to home. Only had one bag, though. Even so, curbside pickup was fast and efficient and I'll go there again.
Had a bad experience with an older male cashier. Gave me the worst attitude ever. They had just opened 10 minutes and i needed some assistance with an online order, he wasn't too happy to be working that day I guess. Also their dog training is a joke. The ladies need more training before trying to teach customers and also less caffeine..
This store usually has what I need but they pay no attention to the line that builds up at check out. For some reason, check out it incredible slow
I love this Petsmart. Very big, a lot of options, and the customer service is almost always great. I usually get help from Alexa and she does an amazing job!
