Absolute horrendous place to take your pet. You will get better results with watching a video online and treating your pet yourself than taking them to this trap. I wish I could give a 0 star here. Their charges are exorbitant, their diagnosis is nonexistent and their customer experience is horrible. They will make it impossible to get any information out of them. They will not give the reports and records when you need them. They will vaguely inform you about all possibilities of issues without helping any cause. If we had not taken our kitten to a different vet after this, she literally would have died. Yes, they are that bad.nnDO NOT GO TO THIS HELL HOLE!

I do not typically write reviews (especially negative) but I do feel the need to warn other pet owners about this business. I had read the other one star reviews but wanted to give my local vet a chance. I should have listened to them.nnI will do my best to keep it objective. Here is my experience:nn-We felt so pressured into providing extraneous care for our dog that at one point it felt as though they would not give her back if we did not agree. We had to forcefully demand that they bring her to us at the end of her appointment (after we had paid).nn-They gave us the rabies vaccine tag and sticker for another dog, complete with the owner's personal information. They hadn't even vaccinated my dog. They never realized their mistake. I had to call to tell them, then drive the paper back to them.nn-They refused to give us the prescription to be filled elsewhere, we had to fill it with them and were not given any refills. After checking a few other places we found that we paid 3-4x more.nn-I was asked to bring my dog in for further testing and given an estimate of $160. AFTER I dropped her off at the appointment, they called me and said the estimate was $400. They claimed their system had been down when I was given the original estimate (this was not told to me at the time). I told them no due to lack of trust, went back and picked up my dog, and made an appointment for her with our old vet in another town.nn-Then they withheld my pet's records. Our vet called Midtown Veterinary Hospital to request that my dog's records be emailed to them. They agreed, then did not comply. When my vet called a second time, they claimed that they had no record of my dog as a patient or me as an owner. I then had to call and demand that the records be emailed to me while I was on the phone. I then realized that they had spelled my name wrong on all of my paperwork.nnI will pay any amount of money for my dog to be safe, healthy, and happy. My issues with this vet are NOT with the money, but the fact that they have repeatedly proven that we cannot trust them even with simple paperwork. My experience proved that they were much more interested in getting my money than providing adequate care for my pet. Please read the one star reviews before choosing this vet.nnIf I cannot trust them with simple paperwork, why should I trust them with my dog's life?

Dr. Hola and her staff did everything in their power to make my pet and I feel as comfortable as we could be. Their compassion is the most heart felt, genuine and truthful expression I have ever experienced. I could not even think of another clinic that I could suggest. The best of them are sub par to these guys.nnThank you guys for a wonderful experience under horrible circumstances.

We have used Midtown for emergency services in the past. But are now making them our Vet of choice. They always make room for our pet, when others say their next opening is in 5 days or more. Sometimes you need to get them in sooner. I highly recommend them. They are very professional. Following the COVID protocols. And I got an email from the vet at 1:30a to follow up. with the follow up to our appointment. It was very impressive!

We received great urgent care for our dog Sammy. The doctor was knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. The staff took good care of Sammy and us. I warmly recommend this pet hospital.
