I had a surprisingly smooth experience with this travel agency! My previous flight got canceled due to Covid, so I had to last minute book a new flight. Dean was able to find me a great offer within an hour :)

This review is way overdue but I thought I'd share my experience with this great company. I've been using TopBusinessClass for the past three years to take care of my business flights to Europe. These guys never disappoint. I like that I can reach my agent at any time when I have questions and he takes care of the rest. Highly recommend!

I was trying to get pricing and tickets for a trip. I put in the request on August 28th and as of September 21st I still have no pricing information. Each and every correspondence with Gregory I have had to initiate a request for pricing. On my last correspondence Sept 14th I asked for a price and Gregory said one moment please 7 days later I am still waiting. The company could be great or maybe I received a bad agent. I wouldn't know as again I have not received any service.nnUpdate: I updated my review as I dealt with Nick who was a pleasure to work with. I wish I had him to begin with as Gregory dropped the ball and left me hanging.

I had a great experience with TopBusinessClass, I booked a flight to St. Petersburg, Russia and TLV. I received $1500 discount per ticket from pub fare and everything went smoothly. I have already referred them to all of my friends and they seem to be happy as well, would highly recommend.
