No stars! This is The worst Airline I have ever dealt with. I have called more than 20 times for the same issue and they still have not responded or resolved my refund. I was denied a tracking or confirmation number for my request to receive my refund for a flight That THEY CANCELLED NOT ME. I would reccomend never to use this airline.
Volaris is provides horrible customer service and are thieves. Given the current situation they offer to change flights but you cannot do so online or over the phone. I called multiple times, waited for over 30 minutes every time and once i am close to my estimated waiting time, the call disconnects. After this experience I will never fly through Volaris again. I am extremely disappointed and urge people to avoid this airlines.
This airline changed THE DAY of my flight without notifying me. I am a few days out from my flight and tried to check my reservation and the site couldn't find it. I called the customer service line and they let me know that they changed my flight to Monday from a Sunday. I looked on their site and they are currently selling tickets for the Sunday flight I was originally on. This company is sketchy avoid at them at all costs.
All good until you need to makes changes or adjustments customer service is very bad.nMy own personal experience.
