I asked for a referral from my primary care physician for a PT. Upon showing up the building was not maintained and all of the equipment looked outdated by 10-20 years. The PT talked to me for 5 min, gave generic advice then sent in his assistant to guide me through stretches and apply heating/electricity. The PT was seeing several other people at once, I would have liked more personalized care. I got a bill for $150 after my insurance was applied.

I found that the services were well over priced, $98 a session to uses there pulley machine and exercise bike per visit, 50 dollars for a three minute stretch, not once did I ever get a therapeutic message, or was never given any ultra sonic therapy, only electric stimulation for $25 dollars a session and the staff seemed preoccupied with the latest TV program, I didn't go back for my last three sessions, after a therapist told me I would have to wait after waiting ten minutes already while she conducted business with a vender. And now I going through my itemized charges and they double charged me for one item, and now I am seeing that they might have overcharged my insurance and my medicare. I have already paid my bill twice and they are still charging me three months later and the price keeps changing for the same visits after I have already paid them. The service was not worth the price and I cannot recommend them

I LOVE THIS place! They are all so professional. From Jessica at the front desk (who has to deal with my NOT so easy to get ANYTHING approved insurance company), to navigating around the Red tape of workmans comp. Maria is knowledgeable and hands on. Steve is the person I mostly deal with. He has me off crutches and is a huge help in my slow process of healing. He takes time to explain everything he's doing. He also sets me up with caring for my ankle at home. I trust him. Rene helps me use all of the equipment the correct way. I'm missing a few names and am sorry for my senior moment. I have been to other places. This place is the best care I've gotten. I'm finally in good hands. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I've been to five different physical therapy offices in my life. They're all a bit unusual but that's probably just the nature of the business.nnI have bulging disks in my neck. I went to a couple of BAK offices and the staff was pretty useless. Do this stretch, get a cortisone shot, oh I guess you need surgery. Useless.nnI chose to try Sports Therapy Associates on a lark and they've been amazing. Marie just kind of plunges right in with the goal of fixing you. Her attitude (and that of the rest of the staff) is excellent. Rather than just give you a stretch or something they'll give you real exercises and make sure that you do them.nnThe equipment is *old* and sometimes repurposed but who cares. (Just use some hand sanitizer.) The effects for me have been excellent.nnI won't go anywhere else.
