Went in to grab dinner for my boys, while this place has gotten much better over the years, I did find a very frost bit over and over stack of dinners that expired back in October 2019. Now I know frozen doesn't expire like most foods but I feel this is a red flag saying they should probably rotate what's in their freezers more often than once a year... I'll come here again but will start watching expiration dates once again.
I called for a part and they gave great help on the phone.
They were out of stock but gave me the phone of their competitor and who to speak to. The other guys had the part.
It's really rare that a company will give you the other guys phone number. Shows integrity to go above and beyond to help the customer.
I will use them again and again as needed.
We broke down just outside of town so we called around and NAPA had the parts we needed. They were extremely nice and had the parts pulled and waiting by the time we arrived. They even loaned us some tools to complete the repair. Thanks NAPA Nephi team you guys are the best!
