I highly recommend Amanda at Magical Starr Travel! I’d never used a travel agent before and boy did I not know what I was missing! She made the process stress free, had an insane amount of patience with my 5 million questions, and graciously handled all the leg work when covid caused Disney to close and I had to cancel my vacation. Never again will I travel without Amanda as my agent! I know several people who have also used her service and had stellar experiences. If there is an issue before, during, or after your vacation she will be there to fix it for you! Thank you Amanda and Magical Starr Travel for making my travel experience a breeze!

Amanda was amazing to work with for our trip. She was quick to respond to emails and always accessible. Especially during this crazy time of Coronavirus, she not only talked us through all the new procedures, but she even took a trip to WDW herself to be able to inform her clients of how things are running first hand!!

DO NOT BOOK with this agency. I booked a Universal trip with Amanda and then due to COVID-19, we had to cancel our trip. We requested a cancellation July 17 2020. 50 Business days later and after no refund being issued we contacted her and was told that no refund would be processed. After contacting Universal to verify, it was made clear by the representative that the trip was cancelled INCORRECTLY by Amanda the owner and that we in fact were due a refund and also air credit! Amanda was very rude and insisted she was right throughout the whole process without obtaining all the information first and without fully answering our questions that we had. She then proceeded to tell me that she does not want me as a client because I pushed to get the refund I was entitled to.nnThis is the first and last time I use Magical Starr travel. Extremely disappointed with how things were handled and the attitude I was given.

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! Amanda's knowledge of travel, discounts for travel, and overall knowledge is a huge plus! Her and her team help to create a seamless experience for booking travel and finding you the best activities and prices to meet your desires and budget. Seriously, if you haven't used Magical Starr's services you are missing out. Book with her!
