Great place, cleanest and best maintained mobile home park!

This is a wonderful senior mobile home park with over 200 homes. Great amenities, well maintained, lots of activities to enjoy. There are waiting lists for potential buyers. Voted by city of Everett as best sr mobile home park in 2017. Homes are older but well kept and management enforces safety and maintenance. There are staff who can be hired to assist owners with maintenance if disabled. No renters allowed.
We moved there in 2013, Very well maintained, There is a transient problem due to the cemetery being between the mall and the park, Most thief that have occur happened mostly due to unlocked vehicles, We loved living there up until 2017 when we moved out of state. The biggest problem we saw was speeders, Folks just can't abide by 10 miles per hour. That staff is excellent and the amenities were awesome and rents much lower than other parks in the area. The owner is one of the best people we ever had the privilege of knowing. Great people , Great park, Only suggestion was that it would have wonderful had the park been gated and the perimeter better secured to prevent transient from entering the park, Many use the park as a short cut from one area to another.
