Cobbo's Beach House is an impeccable example of extreme luxury and beautiful aesthetics in every detail. From the private suites with very comfortable beds, to the fully stocked kitchen and roof top lounge with a large hot tub, this beach house offered us the perfect space to relax and unwind on our vacation. Coupled with walking distance to restaurants and shops right in the heart of Avila Beach, you couldn't ask for a better location, and don't forget the views of the beach and adorable town. The owners thought of every detail to make our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back to stay in this amazing beach house!!

Just spent an amazing weekend here! The home is modern and comfortable, close to everything, and provides enough space for large groups to be comfortable! We didn’t even want to eat out because the house was so nice and we preferred to stay there! Fire pits, hot tubs, golf cart and beautiful ocean views make this a home we will try and come back to!

AMAZING HOUSE!! Cobbo's Beach House has anything you could possibly want in a vacation house.nWe stayed at Cobbo's Beach House with a group of friends (5 couples total). The house is a great layout for multiple couples, in which everyone has their own private space, and lots of great entertaining areas.nWe enjoyed the rooftop each night. It had seating for everyone, beautiful views, fireplace and hot tub.nThe kitchen is a dream, and perfect for entertaining, lots of seating for everyone.nThe location was IDEAL for Avila Beach! We walked to the shops, restaurants and beach, and used the electric bikes/scooters. We enjoyed playing cornhole/bean bags in the front yard.nWe cannot wait to go back!

A group of friends and I recently rented Cobbo's Beach House for a few days and everything about our stay far exceeded my expectations! The place is absolutely gorgeous and has all of the amenities that you could ever ask for... a huge kitchen / bar area, large patios on every floor ideal for entertaining, a brick wine cellar, a gym with top of the line equipment, a golf cart and electric bikes /scooters to get around town, multiple bedrooms each with their own big (giant) flat screen TVs, a stunning rooftop patio with a fire pit, hot tub, plenty of seating and unobstructed views out to the ocean. And, to top it off, there's an elevator in case you don't feel like taking the stairs!nThe house is just a quick walk to town and the beach and is right across the street from a fun 18-hole golf course and recreation trail.nEveryone had such a great time that we're already planning our next trip!

This may be one of the highest end, well put together vacation homes in California. Great location, amazing views, 5 star place. Can't wait to go back!!
