I've learned that calling between 9-10 works best, took a few tries but it wasn't bad or anything. The Clerk was wonderful and super sweet, she was very helpful and answered all my questions, helping me take care of my citation. Even officer Barker who gave me the citation was still super chill and nice. Ya'll are great, keep up the good work!
Tried calling before if I could extend my payment method they did not pick up the phone just send me to a recorder everytime to leave my info and they will call me back and never did.... Finally after couple of weeks of repeated attempts to contact someone they said they couldn't remove the late fee and in every buisness or organization they always do!. I Will never visit this county ever again!.
A holes. Called this prick outfit three days ago with a question about a ticket. No response. They take your money as if the citizens owe them a living. Highway patrol in this area have a well deserved negative opinion. Government is supposed to be for the people. That has vanished and at some point the citizenry will respond.
Really Hard to get a hold of. I called 5 times in 1 day and still got no answer. I think they may need to hire some more help.
When the person answered the phone they were very helpful.
I have a fine to pay!! And it does not help when you are feeling great about calling to make a payment, but it just so happened to be a Friday!!! And since it was after 12 pm,..
