Hashim and the entire team at Central Coast Lymphedema are incredibly wonderful health care professionals! Our Mother has been a patient of theirs for approximately three years and has seen the majority of the providers in the office. In this most recent course of treatment, she is seeing Hashim, who has been such a inspiration and answered many of our prayers. Both Jamie and Hashim have gone above and beyond In their efforts to treat my Mother's lymphedema. They have not only been flexible with our schedules, often staying open late to accommodate our family for Moms treatment, but Hashim has also trained us on how to do certain things at home that will benefit her in the long run. In addition to all of this, they have helped us with the insurance companies and taken steps for the appropriate equipment for home use, even going above and beyond by letting us use various materials at home. As medical professionals, Central Coast Lymphedema has always experimented and discovered the best treatment plan that works for my Moms specific case, which is very helpful and makes us feel reassured. The staff at Central Coast Lymphedema show that they have a deep appreciation for everyone who has been in the building, always greeting patients when they walk in and taking the extra time to have a sincere conversation with each of their patients and their families individually. This is something that is rarely found in our fast paced world nowadays, so when we go to meet with Hashim, we look forward to the work, the progress and hearing about the week that the staff has had. Perhaps the most important aspect of any medial office is the attitude of the staff. We appreciate these providers greatly as we watch them interact with Mom, because they treat her as a person and not as a flawed patient. We have never experienced this with any of her other doctors or medical professionals, which is why Central Coast Lymphedema is one is the absolute best places you can go for any Lymphedema or wound care. There are times when the setting is extremely serious, but others where the staff is comical and you can see the unique personalities come out, which makes wanting to return for the next appointment something to look forward to. Hashim and Jamie are amazing and always have smiles on their faces no matter the day they have had. They make the entire visit worthwhile and really make us feel like family with the instant bond that has been formed. The best place to go for edema and wound care. My husband had tried in vain to get help with his legs which were swollen and oozing fluid. He was referred here and the results have been amazing. Jamie, Hashim and Lori are caring and knowledgeable therapists. They make it a relaxing and enjoyablenvisit each time. They treat each patient like family. After only about 2 weeks of treatment my husband's legs are showing much improvement.nI recommend that you give them a call if you need help. I would give them 10 ud83cudf1f if that were an option.
