Jamie gave excellent advice about my new workout regimen. I was a little unsure how my body would react to a more demanding approach and wasn’t sure where to turn for input. Jamie weighed in with patience and focus and used his expertise to not only examine my new program but also address key questions and provide actionable advice that I implemented the next day to improve my workout and ultimately improve my results. I went to see Jamie and team after my ankle surgery, and I couldn't be happier with how quickly they had me moving around again. They really pushed me during my appointments and gave me great exercises to do on my own at home. Would recommend the team at PNW to anyone!

As others have noted, terrific facility and staff... but I want to talk about Tezra. She'll push you, but listens and pulls back when needed. She'll give you good homework, you'll find it pays off. She's very knowledgeable and pays attention to you as a whole, not just around the area of injury (neck, for me). You'll be surprised at how strong she is given her diminutive stature. And she's fun, which really helps when pain has you dragging arse. Give her a thought, you'll be happy you did.

Absolutely love this place! It's a locally owned business and Jamie, the owner, really takes pride in what he does! The new clinic has the top of the line equipment and is spotless. The trainers do an excellent job at customizing the therapy for your needs. This place really has it all and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Plus they sponsor local sports be it youth or otherwise. You won't find a business that takes more pride in the community!

The whole staff at PNW therapy are Awesome!nThis was my first experience with physical therapy and I am happy that I choose them.nGlad to have Tezra as my physical therapist.nShe covered all of my expectations and makes me feel comfortable during all of my visits.nI highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for physical therapy.
