This is the Second time I've found myself in need of a good Physical therapy team , came to Mill Creek ATI Three years ago when they were opening the new store. Not my first time doing P.T. but finally found a clinic that is so very Professional and Caring ud83dude01nFrom the front desk , up to the leader of the Team . They are the Most dedicated Team I have ever had the good Fortune to be a part of as a patient. I Thank- God they are on my side. Amazing staff. Chris is the Clinic Director and has a fabulous team. ATI was recommended by a friend who told me Chris helped her feel like a new person. When I made my appointment I requested Chris and told him my friend said you made her feel like a new person, I want to feel like a new person too. He and his team have done just that.nnThey've increased my strength and flexibility and have given me hope.nnTammy the receptionist is top notch too. I'm always greeted warmly.nnThey know what they are doing and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

ATI Mill Creek is the best! AAA+ From the start staff was professional and friendly. They measure you progress, warm up your muscles and plan your exercise to get you back to yourself. I would highly recommend ATI Mill Creek. Thanks to Tammy, Chris, Amy,Kat,Thomas,Erin,Jamie and Rachael. Great people

This review is not about quality of service, only about my experience trying to talk to them about setting up an appointment. I have left two voicemails over the course of the week and submitted the online form to be contacted to talk to them about setting up an appointment. I have received no calls back. Based on the other good reviews I would have thought they would be more communicative .nnEDIT: I decided to walk into the office and see if I could get an appointment set up that way. They were able to get me in right then for an evaluation with Jamie, and were able to get me scheduled through the rest of the month. Everyone was professional and friendly. I am amending my review to 4 stars based on the actual service received.

Didn't like that they have people learning to do the trade and using those people that really don't have a clue on what there doing work on you. Don't miss an appointment or they will cancel you. And when it comes time to return your call they do not very frustrating... Off to find a new p.t.
