Fred Meyer Pharmacy

Called to get my refill ahead. They asked me if I can hold, okay I can do that. But when the phone was ringing they hung up on me twice. When I finally got someone to help, she asked me DOB and my name. I said my name she asked me again. So I kinda raised my voice and she told me I don’t have to yell at her. Excuse me! Do I look like a bad guy here by yelling at her? Which was she asked me twice and I was worry that she couldn’t hear me since I was driving. Definitely never return back to this pharmacy. They suck at customer service even when someone said they were slammed on any busy days.

I wish I could give this pharmacy negative stars. I have never had a good experience here, and if this wasn’t the only place we could get the right form of a specific medication in the area then I would never go here again. Some key experiences (over various trips) include:n1. They told us they misplaced our controlled substance prescription then when we asked if we could get it they told us no because they couldn’t refill a controlled substance without a prescription even though THEY were the ones who lost the prescription.n2. I had asked them the last time I had picked up the medication if I had refills left on all of them and they told me yes. When I went to pick it up they gave me only one of the three, without saying a word about it. When I came back to ask about the other 2, I was told they didn’t have a prescription for it (even though they had told me otherwise before) so I would have to get a prescription refill, but the doctor was closed for the holiday. I would’ve refilled it before the holiday if they had told me the truth. The worst part was the pharmacist who helped me went back into the corner with another pharmacist when I came back and were talking about me (I could clearly hear them gossiping and pointing) clearly understanding what had happened as it was happening and that they had messed up but they were hoping I wasn’t going to notice.n3. I had called ahead of time to make sure my 2 prescriptions were filled and was told that they were. When I got to Fred Meyer’s, they said that they only had one of them. The doctor had sent over an electric copy of the prescription that morning but they said they had received no prescription that morning (Even though they said they had it on the phone) and that they were filling an old prescription from almost 6 months ago, one I know I had already filled at the time.nnWhile these aren’t the only negative experiences with this pharmacy, these are a few that really stuck out. The way that this pharmacy is run is not only extremely frustrating as a customer, but a serious danger to the community. If you can help it, avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

I have been using this Fred Meyer pharmacy since I moved to the area three years ago! Absolutely never once have they had my prescription ready! Today my dr called in at little after 2:00pm. Came to pick it up at 5:00pm. They said they never received the call. I left and called my dr., she said that she did and what time and that she would call again. Went back they said they never received it! Come to find out the pharmacy never checked their voicemails! ANNOYING!!!! Now if the was the first time....BUT EVERY TIME!!!!nStill waiting!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. They are completely incompetent of there job. Lying to my face saying they never have gotten prescriptions from me but I have a total of 8 and been going since I was 14 years old to this pharmacy. I’m disgusted by there behavior , how they talk to you. The head lady hung up on me. Not professional and she can’t even speak English. Going to go to cooperate, getting her name today will update

I would not go here unless you have exhausted other options 1st. Very rude staff, tearable customer service, manager is unresponsive to any situation that isn't cooky cutter normal. I have reluctantly been using this pharmacy do to its convenient walking distance for 3+ years. I can't see jobs being valued with such behaviours I have witnessed here. D average for communication skills. Am I to trust these individuals competence, with potentially hazardous chemicals....? I think we forget the importance of trust when dealing with pharmaceuticals. Reading my own review made me realize I will not be coming back!
