I have used this pharmacy for 10 years. Understandably, the service has slowed waaaayyyyy down. Also, the communications with my providers, insurance, doctor offices, etc, have slowed down. I understand that they have more customers now than ever. My medications are literally keeping me alive so I really must have a pharmacy that is up to speed. Bartells wasn't any better. I hesitate to change because the staff knows my history sooooooo well and the staff are awesome. This is my experience and opinion.
