This is a very nice and clean park. The game room is nearly always empty so I can pretty much count on being able to play whenever I go. Shower pressure IS AWESOME and hot clean stalls. RV spots are standard close so no individual fire rings ud83dude15.nOnly a mile from the beach and a straight shot to hwy 1 or 101 makes it a great spot to start from.nHighly recommend and I will definitely be back!

Nice club house. Streets are narrow, But well maintained . Not much yard space. Very cozy. Bigger community than one would think.

Quaint little place with some very interesting part-time residents. Small, tight spaces, but adequate for a night or two. Nothing much in amenities. Very clean showers facilities and laundry room.

Very nice cozy mobile home park. Neighbors are quiet and cereal friendly.

Stopped in to check for next year, looks fine, plenty of room for a 5th wheel trailer, room side to side.
