Walked in there today to return an online purchase. I've never returned anything by mail before so walked in there feeling really lost. Their Staff isn't friendly or helpful. If you can find somewhere else to go, I'd recommend you go somewhere else. I did not know you have to pay for boxes ud83dude2b so i paid almost $16 for 3 boxes! So if you are planning on returning any online purchases bring your own boxes, because their shipping supplies aren't FREE. One of the boxes i picked was not big enough for an item i was returning, so i did not end up using it after all but best believe they still had me pay for it. I was very disappointed and will not be using this location again. Hope this helps any newbies!

The staff are very nice and helpful no line .nHighly recommended!
Always have great service here but I must admit to being mildly annoyed by the door being closed and drapes pulled at 4:56pm... if you’re open til 5:00, then stay open to 5 sharp.
You can almost always walk in and there’s no line and the staff are nice and helpful. What else could you ask for?
