Management of this park is severely lacking and unprofessional. The owner does not answer the phone or return messages and the office is only open during rent collecting days. Rules not enforced and tenants are on their own if there are any problems. The children's play area is a joke with dated and possibly dangerous equipment. One of the only family parks in the area. Space rent is lower than average but amenities are limited. Playground, dog run, green space and small laundry room. No club house, pool or activities.
This mobile home park is slowly improving. Driving through you will notice lots of people have cameras because the area has been known to traffic homeless, car thefts, burglaries, and drugs. 15-20 years ago a lot of the people here were a lot more friendly. People would wave to you as you drive by. Today the tenants there are not nearly as friendly. So beware not to break in front of anyone's home or you might have someone come out and yell at you .They have repaved, and made improvements to lights, fencing, park area, and guest parking.
I have known the owner for years. Very honest. Great park for all who live there.
The atmosphere is very nice.
