People working there are professional, well prepared and they listen to you in order to lay out an exercise and treatment regimen. What's more they treat you with your best interest at heart. They make sure you are comfortable and that the equipment is clean. Suffice to say, I have come back for treatments as the need arises. I strongly recommend SLO Sports Therapy even if you don't have a sports injury like me. Mine are from advanced age.

I've had the great fortune of having them play a wonderful part of my restoration & healing post a major shoulder reconstruction surgery as well as recently with lower back pain, slip discs ... their incredibly compassionate, attentive, gracious, fun (important part of healing), knowledgeable, professional & very protective of their patients with the virus. The staff and Julie working at San Luis Sports Therapy are extremely kind and helpful. Without additional surgery, I am not a great candidate for dramatically improved mobility with physical therapy. However, this group helped me and I am grateful to them.

Know what they're doing, are ready to go when you get there for appointment with a plan, and seem to be genuinely concerned with your progress. Nice people to boot.
