Great place, enjoy easy access to books
The librarian, Alan, really helped us out during their re opening weekend. There was a one man band who was really loud for their celebration and after we spoke with Alan, the microphone was turned off. My daughter was trying to study for law school finals and Alan was respectful of those of us who needed quiet. He also went above and beyond to help her print out information for her finals when the printers weren't even connected yet!!nThank you Alan, for your great service to our community!!
Unfriendly staff. I usually go to the North Everett branch and this was my first time at the new South branch. I walked in and the girls behind the counter just stared at me blankly. I asked a question and got a monotone answer without a crack of a smile. It is the first time I've been to a library where the staff looks so bored and slightly annoyed. They made me feel uncomfortable to be there.
Large, library with eating areas and events like book discussions with the author (meet the author) and great little theater room for movies and get togethers.
The staff is very nice,I enjoy going to this Library.
