The New York Times wrote a story about the fact that children who learn their family history are more able to deal with life's stresses and have more positive feelings about themselves and their family. The Everett Family History Center is a great place to learn about your past. You can access not only FamilySearch, but Ancestry and other paid services for free within this center. The volunteer staff are friendly and helpful and you don't have to be a Mormon to come in. All are welcome.
