I went here expecting to get my ears pierced but I was told it's by appointment only and it would be a 30 min wait...I went to Claire's instead which was directly across this place. Thank you Claire's ud83eudd17

Have had 2 kids get thier ears pierced here, ages 5 and 6, and they did such a great job with them! The manager is super accommodating ( wanted two people so ears could be pierced at the same time ) and they really made the process fast and simple.

Got my ears pierced for the 2nd time and my daughter's 1st piercing today. Loved my experience! It was quick and easy and the girl was super thorough with me. I would definitely reccomend this location!

If you are looking for a very professional place with lots of Jewelry knowledge this is the place. Each time that I go in I am greeted with a smile and the word Sir. I never feel any pressure and I always walk away with more than expected. Thank you to Miss Carla and her amazing team at the Everett Mall don't change your process.

The manager is very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure that we knew how to read the markings on the clasps so that we knew exactly what we're paying for..she also made sure that we were taking advantage of every discount possible even if it was putting less money in her pocket...
