Claire's

I just shopped at Claire's about a few minutes ago I bought 3 items out of one of the items it was a fair amount but then after I didn't get told that since it's a new item in the store that i was going to be charged an extra 20$ . The total came out to 59 almost 60 dollars for 3 items. What a rip off. If I could get my money back I would. Dont shop at Claire's it's a huge ripoff

I went to Pagoda piercing at first to get my ears pierced but was told it's by appointment only and it'll be a 30 minute wait ud83dude43...so I walked over to Claire's instead to get it pierced and I'm happy I did because the employee who did it was very sweet and good at her job. Thank you, I'll definitely be visiting again!

Totally remember why I stopped coming to this Clair's, super tacky and the staff needs an online course in customer service.
