They have a new location in Alderwood Mall which is the one I went to. Jackie, the associate who helped me was brilliant. I cannot praise her enough. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise, very helpful and fun to talk to. Definitely will be going back.

I really adore this store! I’m fairly new to gems/stones/rock collecting and was recommended by some friends who are more experienced to come check Precious Treasures out. So, so, thankful I did!! Their prices are fair and reasonable, and all of their staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. The best part is that they have a lay away option and can send your ring to a jeweler to get it sized for only $15!!! All around this is a really great little store and I highly recommend people come check it out!

Busy day, lots of people at the Seattle Outlet Mall. All the stores were busy, except this one little shop. I was feeling sorry for the store, as it looked new, but dejected. I walked in to take a look around. I found some unique items I asked the salesperson to hold for me. Then, I went to the gold jewelry and asked to look at a couple of pieces. The attitude from the sales clerk was insulting and felt quite discriminatory -- she told me she had to hold my ID before I could look at the jewelry. I have purchased jewelry from many jewelry stores, and I have NEVER EVER been asked to supply my ID before. We immediately left, and went to the Outlet Kay Jewelry store where we were welcomed with Outstanding Customer Service, gorgeous jewelry, and excellent bargains. I related my story to the salespeople, and one of them indicated that she had been in the Precious Treasure several times and NEVER had to supply an ID to see the jewelry. I ended up buying a couple of exquisite white gold diamond rings today at Kay Jewelers. As for Precious Treasure, when we passed said store on our way out, it was still empty. Precious Treasure probably will not last very long with such discriminatory and insulting practices.
