I went in tonight to find a pair of diamond studs for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. Brooke immediately greeted me and was really fun to work with. She was very patient and carefully showed me all my options for my budget and other options for financing if I decided I wanted something that was out of my cash budget tonight. She wasn't pushy and that goes a long way for someone who doesn't want to be pressured into buying something. I went to visit Brooke several times in the last two years. From the beginning, she was warm, funny, helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for, along with getting me a great price. She is awesome and I would recommend anyone in the market looking for beautiful jewelry to ask for her!

Went in for a six month cleaning after not being there for a year. Got our last six month at a different Kay Jewelers due to convenience. The sales woman remembered me still. By name. She told me what I was there for lol. I was stunned (in a good way). Service and the staff are great here.
