Lee is the best... If you need your watch fixed he will do it right there if it’s not busy. Lee will make sure your High End jewelry is kept safe! Lee is very reasonable with prices. He does an outstanding job with all my pendants and other jewelry. He has customized so many of my rings and pendants. Best jeweler in Everett!!
Long story short, I ordered a ring for my wife online and it didn’t fit. Brought the ring to Lee and he said we had a couple of options but was open and honest about what he could and couldn’t do. He let menThrow my 2 cents in and we came up with a plan n Lee worked his magic and got it back to me in an hour. He told us 2 hours but as soon as we left he had it resized and in perfect condition. Nice guy, easy to deal with and cheap price for same day work.
Best place to get your jewelry fixed! My new wedding rings were too small and I was absolutely devastated. He fixed them in literally 30 min! Even the ring I thought he couldn’t size up he did! Great customer service and affordable as well.
Great experience!nnBackstory: I had two Fossil watches that needed new batteries. I had taken a third to Fossil for replacement, and they sent the watch out and it was never returned to me because the unit was “older” and they “no longer stocked the battery required” (???) it was such an awful experience that I never got the other two watches fixed.nnFast forward to now... I found Everett Watch and Jewelry repair online through a search and saw all the wonderful reviews. I walked up to the kiosk and Lee replaced both watch batteries in under 20 minutes! He did not hesitate or mention the need to send away. He was kind and courteous during the transaction, and again, super quick! I would happily recommend this repair kiosk to anyone!
I want to recognize and uplift Mr. Lee and his outstanding business. I called ahead for courtesy to let him know I would be visiting.
