Not even worth a star. These people are crooks. We registered there for our honeymoon and they charged us 10% to process 4 transactions, which turned out to be $50.00. Thank God we did not raise more money for our honeymoon or they would have just taken more. As a travel agent, they think it's ok to randomly close their business on a weekday afternoon and not update their website or outgoing message. As a travel agent I would want a place that is more responsive and available. What if I was out of the country and needed to get a hold of someone?? Guess they don't really care. Three weeks after our wedding there had not been any communication with us as to who donated so we can get thank you cards out. It took over a week and a half for them to get us our check back, minus the 10% of course, as the owner was out and apparently all business comes to a halt when that happens.
